The Girl

Hi, I'm Brittany. I'm a 20 something year old mother that's lived in Paris, Savannah, London, New York, New Jersey but most proud to call Kansas City home. I love anything French, four legged with a tail, and anything to do with art- not necessarily all together. I am a huge crafts person, anything I can make myself over buying in the store you better believe I'm going to try it, I enjoy cooking but baking is my specialty. Fashion is my passion and you can catch my new line at Kansas City Fashion Week. I love being healthy and green and have started a recent quest to make my life much more simple. I started this blog as a catch all of rambling as I try to navigate this crazy world, being a single mom, topped off with a sprinkling of my favourite styles, recipes and DIY projects. 

The Babe

This is my daughter. She's perfect. But seriously. She is my whole world and I couldn't imagine it without her. I'm constantly in awe of everything she does, it's such an amazing experience to see her discovering the world for the first time. I just want to squeeze her even as I write this.

The Pups

Meet my standard poodle, London and teacup yorkie, KC (yes, you guessed it, it stands for Kansas City). They are full of love and make great "big sisters" to my little girl!
